2020 Grant Family Photos

As I mentioned in a previous post, we had family pictures taken with Travis’s side of the family in early November 2020. We all drove down to Cullman to meet Nancy, a family friend who was taking the pictures. I’ll just say upfront that the afternoon didn’t get off to a great start. We were all late getting there because of a wreck on the interstate, and the weather was windy and lightly raining off and on the whole time. It started getting dark before we’d gotten all the pictures we were hoping to get. It was just one of those times when things didn’t go according to plan, and I think it affected the pictures to some extent. I picked out a few of my favorites to share…we still got some good ones despite the weather!

Here’s the whole group! The kids have really grown since our last family pictures were taken in November 2018.

The Loveless fam :)

It was hard to take this picture and not think about Emily…

Michael, Tyler, Alex, and Travis

Alex and Melissa got married last year in March, so Alex actually got to be in the family pictures this time :) I think they were dating the last time we had pictures taken.

It’s hard to get genuine smiles out of all three girls at the same time ;)

The wind wasn’t cooperating with Brooklyn’s hair or mine that day!

I thought this one of Abigail was cute :)

We couldn’t get Savannah to relax and smile naturally…all her pictures looked basically the same :)

It’s neat to look back at Brooklyn’s pictures because she is losing teeth so quickly that her smile sometimes looks so different from month to month.

Carter is getting so big!

I’m pretty sure this is Luke…haha. Sometimes it’s hard for me to tell who is who in pictures, but I’m pretty confident this is Luke :) I thought this was a great picture of him!

And here’s Barrett :)

All three brothers…

Here is Cici with all 6 grandkids :)

I love Abigail’s little tongue sticking out in this one…

If Carter wasn’t blurry, this one would be worth framing!

Nancy cropped that same picture to just show the girls…loved their sweet smiles in this one! Also, Abigail really looks like Brooklyn when they both have their mouth open…haha

This one was pretty good too :)

That’s it! It’s always good to get some updated family pictures even though it takes a lot of effort to coordinate the outfits, location, etc. I’m thankful to have married into such a great family!
